Supreme Court Decision

Today, the Supreme Court made a historical decision. For over 32 years it has been illegal to own a handgun in the District of Columbia, until today. With a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the Constitution and has up-held the individuals right to bear arms. At such a politically messed up time as we are experiencing--this is so encouraging! This should also make us think about who we will choose as our president in the up-coming election. Most likely, the next president will have the opportunity to appoint a couple justices and we want someone who will make a good decision. You can read the actual District of Columbia vs Heller decision here: http://www.supremecourtus.gov/opinions/07pdf/07-290.pdf
